Radio problems

Hello everybody !

I need help with fitting a radio to a 96 disco 300tdi jap import.

I have power to the head but cant get anything out of the speakers.

There is a cd changer fitted, 3 plugs were the radio should be. i think the speaker plug is 8 pin with 4 black wires a red, green, yellow and blue. there is no continuity from these wires to the speakers. Is there an amp hidden somewere that would stop the output ? Any help would be apreciated.

Great News I fixed it.

For future reference (for those of us with Jap imports) there is an amp or something behind the door post cover on the nearside footwell. It is mounted on the innerwing above everything else. The din plug wires change colour here. It also has a 7.5amp fuse fitted. This was my problem the fuse had blown.
