radio problems

Hi all ,

have only had this p38 a week , other day car had to disconnect the battery , and now have put correct radio code in and now it just displays "telephone"

no matter what button I press it still displays the same , even if i switch it of and on it still says telephone on the screen and radio won't work?

any idea's ??

If its the clarion try a reset, remove the trim and next to the red led is the switch. If it doesn't work check steering switches, or wiring behind the radio, it is one wire to do the steering controls so it easy to remove for testing
