Hi Folks,

My 200TDI loses water, not a lot, just a little so I have to top up the header tank. I can see a wet spot on the radiator and its quite rusty at the bottom. So I'm thinking I'll replace it.

Does anyone have any suggestions, I have seen some for £63 on fleabay, but I'm not sure if they are any good.

Thanks in advance.

Get your rad re-cored, you know it fits, they'll put new unions on and it'll work ...
Top and bottoms heads if they need it ... it's got to be worth an ask ...

Sussex Radiators I heard are good,

I went for the £63 one... 5 years later its falling apart and it hasn't even seen off road...

I bought mine from Paddocks, cost me about £79. The reason I went for Paddocks was the shipping charges are low. It fits OK, but its not the same quality as the original one but does the job. I have kept the old one as I thought I might get it reconditioned for next time round. I don't think the Paddocks one will last 25 years.

I got mine recored for about £110.00 last year. I understand the cheap new ones have plastic in them...might be wrong.....I didn't want to risk it
