R380 selector issue.

So r380 td5 won't go into gear.checked the ushal but it goes tight when warm and can not get 3rd . Feeling like a selector plate not going in right. Like the gearstick is out of touch. Going to check the ushal today but any ideas?

Check the 3/4 bias setting, pull back the rubber boot on the turret, you'll see two large springs, two adjuster screws and locknuts....

These adjust the rest position of the gearstick when you let go of it....

Broken plate on top of box is the r380 normal gear change issue.

Solved
Clutch slave. Out of fluid. Always the first port of call. So noo one on order and all I can do is hope it comes apart as required.cant be bothering splitting the box for a silly pin. Wednesdas job this week ffs

Keep and eye on the master cylinder too, they tend to fail in succession ...

As above, do the three items together if you can.
Slave, master and flexi.
