Quorum Alarms. . . Who???

Acquired (cough) a Quorum alarm form the motor. Just wondered if anyone's ever heard of them or got any opinions of them. Is it worth my time to fit it, and will it really make any difference come insurance time? Its a Quorum VA-185R. And yes, I has done a search, googled and on here, wouldn't be asking otherwise!

I haven't had any dealings with their alarms but if they are the same company I'm thinking of they are a well known alarm company in Australia (although I thought they just did house alarms).

I would check the alarm device itself. You may find that it is actually manufactured by a generic producer and sold to a company called Quorum for remaketing. This is common in laptops and computers; so may apply in alarm systems too.

Try to find a part number - then google the part number
