Ok just been trawling through the site, seems there are 2 engines
series 1 has a rover engine and td4 the bmw engine.
I currently have a rover 200 2lt td, will this be the same as the series one??
also does the td4 have the same engine as the rover 75 (the bmw engine version one when they owned them?) Its just that i have heard that the Diesel bmw engined 75s were a cracking engine, and my little rover has 100,000 miles on it, how come keep reading so many horror stories?? blocked breathers, everything clogged up etc etc, not had any probs with the rover??
anyone shed any light, before i shell out on (what could be a money pit)
or would i be better off with jap crap??
