Morning Chaps!!

Is the EAS meant to work when u change the heights on the button with your foot on the brake pedal?

Also mine doesn't say anything about manual when the inhibit switch is in?

Very strange, I think this might be linked to my cruise control not working.....

Also, every morning it looks like its doing a wheelie! Airbags seem ok, could this all be related??

Any ideas?

Cheers!!

Change of height will not happen when foot brake is applied for less than 3 minutes...over 3 minutes Self Levelling will happen only...

When you select access height, then press the inhibit switch - the message display will read EAS MANUAL - this is the crawl setting - aslong as you stay under 10mph, the vehicle will remain in access height (this is used for low headroom areas) over 10mph the EAS will raise to Motorway Height.

If your system changes height with the footbrake applied, this could be related to CC...the brake pedal has two switches, on for the brake lights and another for the CC pressure vent (unless it is a diesel - when the CC is electronic not pneumatic).

If airbags are OK, check pipework, or it could be a tiny leak from the solenoid controlled valve seats.

The Wammer and Datatek are the defacto geniuses on the EAS, so no doubt will fill the gapping holes in my explainations, and also correct where I may have it wrong.

Nothing to add to that. No height change with brake applied other than as stated. EAS Manual only in access when crawl mode is selected with inhibit switch. If the arse end is down every morning you have a leak somewhere.

Cheers guys.

It is a diesel so could it still be related?

The inhibit switch does work sort of, if I use it to hold on motorway mode its ok. But won't hold on crawl mode.

The plot thickens.....
