Question about recent MOT weights for 4x4`s

Hi, I have just read an article about if the weight of a 4x4 exceeds 3000kg then it has to go for a commercial mot instead of usual garage. I have a 110 landrover, the Gross weight on vehicle plate is 2950kg. In my Landrover owners handbook it says 2950kg Levelled and 3050kg Unlevelled ?? What the heck is levelled or unlevelled? Does anyone know exactly whats going on and how much stricter is a Commercial mot than a normal garage. If anyone can shine alight on this i would be grateful.
 
if it's a windowed one and registered as estate,plg it's class 4 as mine.
If it is a van -according to mot tester it's class 7
 
gets confusing, but as far as they are concerned it's the weight it's liable to take and seating.
Further to this on mot commercials have number of passenger seats fitted
 
5 door or 3 door the wording says utillity vehicles over 3000kg ive a 110 and its always been a class 7 test and i find it no more daunting than the prospect of a normal test.as in all testing stations there are over zealous testers and sensible ones.when it comes near test time ask on here for advice for testers in your area someone will know a sensible one
 
Mine is a county station wagon, registered as estate and is 100% class 4, no number of seats on v5 and has windows.
If you wished to change a van and put windows in it and seats-apply for it to be body type estate.

Also 110 csw 60 mph on A road /Duel carriage way 70 mph on motorway
Van 50/mph/50mph/70mph
