Puma 2.2 gearbox clunk!!! No gears!!??

Hi. I pulled away from a junction in 1st gear and the landy made a hi pitch screech,a loud clunk and stalled. Then no gears!! Selector unable to find any gear. So towed home by a polo .
Clutch?Gearbox? Can anyone point me in the right direction?
Already on axlestands and looking forward to laying on wet shingle. She’s my work truck so got to move quickly!!
Any diagnosis really appreciated

Transfer box in neutral ?

Have you tried it in diff lock ? could be broken half shaft.
Also a known problem with MT82 box is fail of output shaft where the splines strip due to lack of lubrication.

i had this spring had fell out off clutch plate
