My Range Rover sport 2007 I got a new Propshaft and fitted it I have a bad vibration at 65 mph to 75 mph but it’s worse when braking any ideas cheers

Slack nuts :D wheel balance, warped disk, due to stuck brakes ,are first to mind ,BUT on a p38 which yours is not ,id be thinking locked center diff VC , that would cause vibration and thats what knackered the prop shaft ,not sure whats on yours,,,;)

What’s the best make to buy as this was a cheep one
Advanced factors do a quality aftermarket one for about 380 or a genuine (gkn??) For about 450. I know which one I'm fitting when I get around to it...

The genuine one BTW 😁

Are you sure you fitted it the right way round? The uj section has to be aft of the centre bearing. I've seen them fitted backwards before now

Perhapsa silly question, but who needs a new prop? If the bearings fail then you put new ones in? Or can't you do that anymore
You can change centre bearing and service uj on d3/4/rrs l322 but by the time you've split the prop and fannyarsed around trying to get the bastard to seal properly again you might as well throw a new one on. The genuine ones last a good while anyway
