prop shaft bearing change/clutch change?

hi,can anyone tell me how to change the 2 prop shaft bearings each side of the vcu?checked mine today and had bit of movement in them,also does anyone know if a clutch change on a 2000 1.8 is possible on my drive way and what sort of job is it?cheers
