Hi
I have just recently purchased a new galvanised chassis from Richard's Chassis and experienced a lot of problems.
Can anyone tell me if they have had experienced the following same problem and how they resolved it?
It would appear that the holes in the out rigger brackets have been drilled too high, which now means that the bulk head sits too high on the chassis.

Any ideas how I can over come this problem?

You may have more luck in the relevant model section as this section asks you do not post questions.
It’s for us idiots to show everyone how we bodge things together and ruin our pride and joy. ;)

Put the question in https://www.landyzone.co.uk/forum/defender-90-110-130.7/ Or maybe @blue beasty can move it?

But I'd be a bit surprised if they've got it wrong because it's all laser cut and put together on jigs. How high above the rail is the back edge of the footwell, and what did Richards say about it>

Personally, I’d deal direct with the company and not via a forum. Give them chance to address the issue. I’m sure they will.
