Just bought a 97 4.0 range rover, the problem is I got it home and it wont start?? Its a new battery n there's power,it say's alarm fault, but it seems that the engine is shut down? Reading on line about this I tried to reset code several times using 1515 along w code that was w truck, also disconnect battery n connecting, but w no avail I have a truck that wont turn over!!!! has it got a fob for central locking??? it sounds like immobiliser is stuck on try locking an reopening it . me dads disco was the same
Thks 4 your response. I've. Tried locking n unlock several times w key pad as well. Power seems good in truck, but reading into this problem some how the engine is immobilized??
