problem with sat nav

Hi
I live near Great Dunmow in Essex.
I have a 54 reg discovery3 se auto which is a great vehicle but have just had a message come up on the sat nav.
H L D F CAN BOOTLOADER WAITING TO START DOWNLOADING
If anyone can help I would be most gratefull iam not very technical
