Problem with my P38 2.5DSE

Feels like the intercooler isnt working, i can hear the turbo whistling but am getting no power, Uphill shes a real pain and will hardly pull at all ,shes putting out black smoke during this climb.

Left overnight she go`s OK for about 100 miles and then it all starts again..

any clues

Putting out black smoke sounds like the engine is being starved of oxygen so the diesel cant burn properly. If it was me I would check your turbo hoses and replace all 3 of them, it sounds like you have a collapsing hose on acceleration.
