Problem with Low RPM

Hi folks. I have a problem with my RPM. When car is coold everything is normal. After some time in traffic when the engine is hot when i move the gear selector to "D" or "R" the RPM gose to 0, and some time i need to turn on the car. This happen when im in traffic. Car spec:

Range Rover P38A, 4.0 SE, 1996,automatic, GEMS, LPG conversation.

Idle control valve. Clean it out.

But why only when the engine is hot do that thing???? I cant even turn on the Climate system because i can drain the battery because of low RPM.

Because when things get hot they expand and bind. Check the idle control valve.

Hi wammers i have seen that the throttle have 2 pipe for cooliing with water but any pipe is not conected to him. Could be the problem for non regular rpm when the engine goes hot???
