Problem with back window

I have a freelander TD1
A while ago I opened back window then when I pushed switch to send back window uo I heard a clunk sound now my window won't work also the wioer window demister and main back lights won't work
I have fog lights emergency blinkers reversing lights
But not the main lights including the one on the top of spare wheel
Any advise whats caused it
I can here the motor going but when I try to use window switch it bleeps
