Probably a dumb question but what pads for a rear disc converted defender?

I want to replace the front and back pads on my defender but it has a disk brake conversion on the rear, what pads do I buy? is it the same set as for a Discovery?

Also are there any suggestions for some really good pads at decent price?

Mine is also converted but with a Range Rover Classic axle..so probably worth taking the old pads with you ( or a photograph to the supplier ) as there can't be (he says ! ) that many variations.
