It was the old girls birthday last month so I decided to treat her to a nice new set of Scorpians and a new Stainless exhaust. The tyres was easy enough as my boy works in the garage at the top of our road and he sorted me out a good deal on 4 STs but the exhaust took a bit of reasearch and I ended up looking at Powerflow exhausts. My closest dealer was in Ipswich ISC / Warrior Motor Sport so I had a trundle over there and spoke to Simon who seemed to know his stuff and we booked the old girl in for the next weekend. I was particually impressed with the way Simon understood what I was after and the amount of time he spent getting the sound just right and the fit of the tailpipes and the mods to the bumper. However, driving it in the real world I found the was a not so sweet spot about 1500 rpm where it exhaust note droned quite badly, a quick call and she was booked back in to be sorted without any extra charge for the extra box that was neccessary to sort her out. So all in all, a big thank you to Simon and assoc. for a most excellent service. I wouldnt hesitate to recomend them.

i have found the quality and service of powerflow varies massivley in different places, the one nearest me (telford) is crap, the welds crack after a few months and will charge for any changes or even to fix work they havnt done right! Whereas the Powerflow at demontweeks has a very good rep apparently.
Can i ask exactly what you had done and a rough cost as i want to get a system made up soon

It was a cat back system, single centre box to straight through tailpipes originally with a second box added afterwards. I expect most people would have been quite content with the sound, but there was a deffinate boom at about 1500 rpm before I had the second box put in. Cost - £499
