Power steering pulley sheared off

Driving home from work tonight I heard a small rattle from the engine then lost my power steering and battery light came on. Pulled over popped the bonnet to find my belt loose and power steering pulley missing

. Also alot of rubber dust from the belt.

Guess its new pump time?

Only if it is broken?

Could be that there was a fracture in one of the ribs and with running vibration it has fatigued the rest and sheared?

Replace and dismantle to see what you find.
