So the car when in for a new gearbox sump and came back with a knackered power steering pump...turned out the leak was the O seal on the loom and not the sump - but anyway..

I swapped the PAS pump back in Feb and noticed it was noisy when hot. Bled it through multiple times and kept seeing more bubbles and flushed through with new fluid.

Cars been parked mainly last few months but noticed it was still making noise when hot (air) - quite as a mouse when cold and you can turn the steering with one finger.

Trying to figure out where air can be getting in, no sign of leaks on rack, round pump or fluid loss at all. I'm guessing its either a small leak in the cooler or the low pressure hoses and/or the fluid bottle. I did also change the servotronic early on when i had the original heavy steering fault.

Anyone else experienced this? I've bled it back and forth till no air then its always coming back after a run out.
