sounds like same as mine ..could be the maf sensor
hi wher is the MAF sensor and how much will it cost me same goes for the tuning box ,
is it not the turbo ?
this hipo already been the vets a few times ,slave silinder, cam sensor , clock,, all ok now but still got a few moor nigly bits to do ,,other wise i may have to put her down....

i used roverrons maf booster ive got mine set at about 10 on the dial if you set it any more than that you dont feel any more difference plus if you turn it up too much you get grey smoke when you boot it!!!!
then i bought a tu3 i think and thats a great bit of kit too you can adjust the power and throttle sensitivity i got that set on medium on both and it pulls like a train!! never had on max power yet i think its puts the power upto 140 bhp. but im not sure.ron will help you out.good bloke.
i think all in ive spent around £200 with ron and im very pleased it transformed the car.plus it still does more to the gallon than my old vectra sri.

reet perky. . .yer maf is fooked its ok to drive without it ,but ya mpg will increase un ya td4 wunt be running as it should, maf,s can go a bit fooked [hence the mafam helps it back] or in your case completly fooked, [need a new maf ] or another make called a pirbough [only works well with a mafam] phone ron fer advice or e mail im , he comes on here to give advice sometimes un he's very good and not to sell his product, and we respect that. . . .so best oh luck earthling un put young earthling ont roof. . . .
