Power loss

hi all, I’ve got a freelander 2 07 hse that’s losing power after hard acceleration normally on the motorway. You can have your foot flat down and only be doing 30! Engine restart clears it but sometimes it will come back on as soon as you pull away. I’ve read it may be the map sensor, is this something you can diy or is it a garage job? Thanks all

Last time the fuel was changed?
