Positive or Negative?

Im planning on putting an isolator on my main (Starting) battery

Is it best to isolate it from the pos or neg side of the battery?

Best place is on the postive and as close to the battery as possible but you will then cut power off to EVERYTHING. You might want to put another fused cable in to power the radio or anything like that.

Im putting an Albrite selonoid in so itl be on a nice fancy switch on me dash!
