Poor Show from Terrafirma

First time in over 4 years ive ever had a problem with their stuff, pretty poor. FYI Its an RTC Damper and thats the spring collar that cracked. I barely put any torque onto it using hand tools and pop it cracked.

Messaged the company I purchased it from, hopefully they can just send me a new collar save shipping large parts back and forth.

Doh.....just bought one today, not RTC tho.....

I'm sure your seller will step up without argument - hope so (don't forget it's presumed to be a fault for the first 6 months unless they can show otherwise...I guess you knew that). A

I had the regular one on my 90 for well over 4 years, never skipped a beat + that one does not have this collar.

Only went for the RTC due to fitting slightly large tyres and heard good things!

Blimey how did that happen. You must have been unlucky with a cracked collar. I'll check mine tomorrow although it's been great so far.

No idea, literally tightened up the hex bolts by hand, not even had and pop it cracked. I can only assume there is a casting defect.

Company is sending out a new one Friday when their delivery comes in.
