Polybushes

Hi own a 95 defender 300tdi and am thinking about having polybushes done on it,has anyone done their own and if so how easy or difficult was it?

hardest part is gettin' the old ones out, the easy part is puttin' new ones in as they're in two halves.

And when/if ye change the back trailin' arms, don't do wot I did. Had it jacked up to take the wheel off for easier access, and when I changed the bushes, I couldn't get the trailin' arm to go back in properly. After a few more beers, lot's of cursin', I decided to give up and stick the wheel back on and lower the jack, the ****tin' thing went back in to where it should be!!!
