Hi boys and girls I've just brought a poly bush kit and wondered if anyone has had experiance fitting them I.e how long it took and any tips or advice please

straight forward when old bushes are removed ,lubricate bushes and tubes before fitting tube needs hitting through bush with suitable hammer copper or hide or similar hammer,radius arms need cleaning up well were bush sits
