Where are they on a TD6 L322? Nothing in the manual and I want to check them because the engines is labouring real hard intermittently and on a previous thread it appears this could be the problem on a P38, so thought its worth a try before I take it into a dealer.

When driving the engine sound like its really blowing or trying to suck to much air in. A mechanic friend has checked all the fan area and cant see anything. He thinks it could be the turbo or wastegate playing up.

Then I read about similar symptoms on here and the pollen filter was discussed but it was for a P38.

Not sure if this model has the secondary air system that is fitted to the Disco II, but when it went on mine (2003) it sounded like a very powerful airdryer. Mine was sucking instead of blowing or vice versa.
It was a unit about the size of the master brake cylinder, fitted to meet the emission regs in the states

You have a burst or delaminated intercooler hose.Nothing to do with pollen filters, they are for the cars HEVAC system.
