No ID with the chassis is fine legally. Just means that whoever buys it will have to apply for new ID, which they are supposed to do when using a 2nd hand chassis anyway.

Selling a chassis with an ID is legal. Selling a chassis without ID is legal. Selling an ID without chassis is illegal.

I don't really think that the heap of scrap iron he is selling with the V5 can be classed as a chassis.

That's why I listed it
question (shown on listing) confirm its sold w/o ID. therefore illegal.

Thanks all for recent posts. Have passed those that are still live over to AVCIS. A few duplicates from folk on LandyWatch but better to shout twice than not at all.

Sadly, still getting chuff all feedback at the mo from AVCIS.

Just as blatant

Despite this police operation, nothing seems to get through to ebay to stop accepting these listings. I've reported some in the past and often they are removed, but not always. It may depend on how many reports they get.

Thanks for latest ones.... sent on to AVCIS with yet another request for some feedback so at least we all feel motivated to keep sending them in.

This one I posted earlier has finished early with out a sale by the look of it.
