hi there ,, my m8 is looking into putin a 300tdi out of a disco n reg to his disco v8 h reg ? will the 300 fit onto his gearbox ? if anyone can help us with this plz .... ta benny

Would be better off buying a complete tatty 300TDi disco and then you will have all the parts you need such as exhaust and fuel filter and air box etc.

yeah i think he would be best to ... we know of one for sale but just thinking if the engine will fit the gearbox as i dont think its in the 300

But if you buy a complete 300 jusy swap everything inc gearbox and trasfer box as long as they work ok.
