Plug N Play Late 300TDi

Hi guys, sorry if I'm repeating a question, I have a 98 S reg 300TDi, last of the 300's ; )

I know (I've read here and other forums) that the TD5's (from the same year, 1998, onwards) have a few extra's that are plug n play, eg. Heated windscreen, Cruise Control, electric seats, where all you need is fit the missing part (e.g. the heated screen, the electric seats, the cruise control er. controls) then you just fix them and plug them into the wiring that already exists.

Is any of this available on the late 300 TDi's?

For example, I have the connectors in the corners under the windscreen when I pop the bonnet does this mean I will be able to fit the heated windscreen, that would help alot about now and I'd LOVE Cruise control again

cruise on the TD5 is managed by the ECU so it is plug and play...just add switches.
on the 300 it is vacuum controled so dont think you can do it as simply...

The D1 has an ECU also for the c.c.
