That's be handy. Don't need pictures unless you discover something horrible
about the chassis, say, really. The bit that bothers me is the gearbox
clunk, and the chap selling it is either not sufficiently clued or not
sufficiently helpful - described symptoms are not conclusive.
I'm not about to pay big money if the gearbox needs rebuilding or replacing,
but if it's running well enough to drive it home it'd be easier than
trailering it. Depends really what the reserve is - with a questionable
gearbox, if it's in good nick otherwise, it's worth having cheap.
I still hope to get one nearer home, but that might have either too high a
reserve (bloke hasn't said) and/or get bid up to high anyway.
