Hi guys i have arrive

I have a Disco 3 Tdv6 Hse year 2005 white in colour.

My qeustion -landy has a full service history every 12000 km then all the filters get change aswell
oil which i obtain from the landrover dealer.

Recently i walk to my cat it was standing for about 2 weeks with battery connected.No sterting all dead .
I use jumpstart from my other diesel car and it started but as a fool switched it off and then when
try again only the red lights no other lights do not start and hazards keep on flashing .I know the battery
needs replace ment as it enters it s4th year Avarta hr silver dynamic 830a .

what do you guys think put a new battery in will resolve problems -by the way seems compressor
also on its way out grrrrr .

any suggestions

New battery may be needed but you can probably fit a more powerful one.
Things to check :
- is your alternator supplying correct power or is belt slipping. Too much or too little charge will kill battery's
- are there any elec devices draining the battery when standing. Alarm/BECM/light not going out when something shuts

You need to post your problem in the disco section. Most don't come see intros they will know in there

Check In disco section (as above) first. The gurus can advise you which is best / which is cheaper etc.
