Pictures from Northern Laning trip.

I haven't uploaded mine yet so sorry if this thread disappoints initially, but I thought it would be a good idea if all the piccies were loaded onto a single thread so they are much easier to view.

Poppy's hole...







What happened was I saw a puddle, went for it, realised it was really deep, somehow survived, quickly got on the CB to warn people... all Poppy heard was "there's a big puddle" so also went for it... and ended up as above.

It wouldn't have taken very much to tip her over fully onto her side and there was enough space in the hole.

As she had a nice new shiny winch, it didn't take us too long to get her back out again with a bit of team work from Hamsterberg and Snifflebag and myself with lots of support and other people around to keep a close eye on everything

How does it compare?



(FYI, tihs is Ratty's hole, I said I'd post it up on the same thread for Poppy to see)

Didn't work, so, not exactly an exciting video. Hopefully someone has one of the actual recovery?
