Perkins 4.203 question

Hi,

Just need to know to remove the oil pump on a 4.203 is it removed from the sump area or do I need to break down engine from top as the manual is useless.

Second question does the engine fit straight onto landrover series 3 engine mountings or does it need mountings adjusted?

My advice. Dont do it!!!

4.203 is a terrible engine.

Low revving, noisy and can be crap to start. I dont see any redeeming features unless you are putting it into a fork lift!
