Perkins 3.3l in a series- starting....

All you need to do to fire one of those beasts up is park the landy on a level road in second gear (without engaging the parking brake). Wait for some idiot with an excavator to gently nudge the rear cross member and see what happens (ask me how i know... happened to a mate of mine 15 years ago. Bloody thing fired up and careered down the road. Scraped three cars and knocked over a low wall. It only stopped destroying the facade of a house because a rear half shaft snapped!
