L322 PCV? EGR? Fuel Burning Heater? or other?

Hi,

Recently I have noticed that my l322 3.6 tdv8 2008 Range Rover has started smoking under the engine passenger side. This seems to take place when parked up from a run out. Earlier this week the engine check light came on and I had it plugged in with the attached errors... please can you offer your ideas as there are many theories online.

One may suspect an EGR valve problem, what else do you think it could be?
