I work down there and haven't found anything. The South Wales Landrover club meets in Cardiff so that might be a place to start. Swansea is a greenlane desert - less than 2 miles of byways in the entire county. Neath Port Talbot is not much better...

there was one in Pontardawe not so long back. These things come and go all the time though, so wouldnt be surprised if its gone. Plenty of green lanes slightly further north. Brecon/Llandovery area and more out west if your willing to travel.
