2001 DHSE

When I click the button, nothing happens. When I bang the door panel, it works ok!!

What is it likely to be? Lose connection? Or something more expensive?

Check the connections at the window motor and also at the point where the wiring loom leaves the A pillar and into the door for signs of corroded wires/pins etc...

Could also just be a stuck regulator mech.

+1 and the guide channels sometimes come adrift jamming the window.

Haven't you just been working on your block connectors, A post/ footwell ? If so recheck your work

Thanks guys! Will pull door card off! And a good point re:connectors! Hadn't realised they may power the window.

Update! Pulled motor plug off, and refitted. Motor works fine now.

Window packed up immediately after last post. Turned out to be broken pin in white plug in footwell!

I am good electronics! Just crap at EAS systems lol!
