Passed MOT! Now doors knackered

Hi guys, box sectioned my sill to get it though mot as the other one was rotten. After completing I tried to shut the drivers door and its catching the striker like its out a few mm. When I open the door it drops off the striker and goes back to its original place. What have I done lol. Will it just need adjusting and lifting up a bit?

You havent supported the body y sill off.hence the door has dropped.so you body is now welded but slightly bent if im right in sayin.try puttin a washer in 1 side the door pi and see if it cures it.

The doors closed fine until I welded the sill so I dont know if it was due to the box section being squashed in or =\
