I assume it's the relay that's blown as neither the indicators or hazards work.
When you say flasher unit are you referring to the relay by the fuse box or is there another unit?

Flasher units look like relays & they live in the fuse box area (attached to the metal sheet that holds the fuse carriers).
I imagine that these are 3 pin (along the lines of green, Lgreen/brown and Lgreen/purple).
Try looking up PRC 8876 Flasher unit - 3 pin

Oh yes, probably need the VIN number for a speedo cable as there are too many to choose from.
If it is the original speedo & other bits untouched.
