Partial Aircon Failure

have had a 2004 discovery 2 now in Panama for a month, lots of little issues but so far a great vehicle, Aircon decided not to work on the right side today, blowing modestly well out the left and the back seats but basically ambient air temp coming out of the passenger side. -

Should I try a recharge or????
or is this more a temp control issue.

or is it something else??
