It won't be long before I can stick the roof back on but I need to replace the seal between the windscreen frame and the roof. Paddocks give me muc6400 and rimmer, 703696. Looking at the sticky at top of page, it says there is an inner and outer and a small patch at each end. Mtc 4994, mtc 6568, and muc 6400.Can anyone clarify the parts and part no,s I need and maybe a dealer that stocks all of them? Cheers

Evening Mick. Pretty sure I just used MTC4994

Cheers Al,mtc6568 is the outer seal. and the 4994 the inner. The two seals are about £15 each plus the little end pieces. I was just going to get the outer seal as it looks like it has a profile that sits outside once clamped together. The inner just looks like a strip of epdm rubber strip which i have a roll of.

That might explain why my roof leaks, passenger side :)

Im not paying silly money for a profiled strip so ive just looked again at whats left of the old strip and i think i can get away with some 25mm x 6mm neoprene rubber strip. I was going to replace the rubber strip between the tub sides and side panels but seeing the price of those has made me reuse the old ones with a bead of silicone.
