Parking the 6-Wheel Drawbar Trailer With A Front Towbar

Easier with just four wheels on the trailer, I used to back them in bays quite easy when I drove drawbar outfits for a while.

Close-coupled as well. Our drawbar is quite long, deliberately, so it slows the response to vehicle movements down.

Excellent, I used to do something similar to turn round when delivering in Chester. Mine was an extending drawbar on a ram so as the boxes didn't touch when turning, you could park so as both boxes could be unloaded without uncoupling. I have a pic somewhere.

Could back it in letter 'L' from there and then drive past the back of the trailer in a sort of 'U' to turn in tight space.
Drawbar extended three feet when 'A' frame turned 45 degrees so as boxes didn't touch, it was sixty feet long and had 51 feet of floor space.
