The dents in the wings were dead easy... ah just got meself a couple of newer undented ones If ye notice ah've got an air vent either side now
barrier coat is what i think you mean..not used it myself....synthetic is more forgiving as they is less solvent in it to react with the previous finish.....the fun starts when you have to recoat synthetic if it goes wrongask yer local car paint shop for summit to stop the new paint reactin' (can't remember what it's called) then flat back the old paint, use that stuff, primer it, flat it back and stick yer new paint on
i think this only applies to regestered odyshops with an annual voc limit of 0.5 ton. as far as i can remember joe bloggs can still buy it from suppliers as he will never reach the limit,,,,
when i was serving my time there was this old joiner who used to drink that stuff pure !!!!!!!!!!! sure enough over the years it killed him but a tell ya he went out with one hell ov a finish Welcome To LandyZone, the Land Rover Forums!
