Paint problem.

I've just bought a 1997 (P) Defender 110 CSW and its dark green BUT there is no paint code on the VIN plate under the bonnet.
Any idea's on where I can get the paint colour apart from going to a Landrover dealer?

These pictures are not great but as you can see its a dark metalic green.
Epson or Coniston perhaps?

my defender also dosent show the paint colour on the vin plate,

as for the colour cant help you have a look on ebay for gren defenders same colour as yours and see what colour people list it as may help
 
im 99% sure this is the same as my 110. i have the code on my vin plate. i will post on here tomoz cous i aint going outside as its ****ing it down!!
 
Yeah I'm pretty certain that is Epsom green. My dad had a P38 in Epsom Green that looked exactly the same colour as that. Lovely colour, when I respray mine it's definitely going in that.
 
stopped raining.....code on mine is 961.
go to dealer and ask for a touch up pot with code of 961 and match it because mine is 04 and they may have changed the colour slightly.
