Paint colour code for spare wheel disc.

I have just bought a used fibreglass disc to replace the baggy cover on the spare wheel. It's one that used to be fitted as original equipment a few years ago with the word Defender embossed on it. I would like to touch up some small chips with the original colour, a creamy white. Does anyone know the colour/code to ask for?
