Paint again!

Sorry to bore all of you. Im looking at repainting my 90swb but im really stuck !
Ive read everyones advise and im getting mixed opinions.Could people just tell me what type and how much paint to use bearing in mind im going to use a brush and roller. Also where is the best to get these paints etc please.

1987 swb 90 in the garage getting a new xmember and the chassis repaired

Cellulose and 1 litre plus thinners

I use auto paint st helens but any paint mixer will do

Synthetic or nato. no lacquer needed
