can't say owt about their re-con units but i've bought a right shipload of bits from them and never had any problems. the only puck up was they sent wrong sender unit but as soon as i told them, a replacment was on its way. so if i had need of a replacment i wouldn't hesitate to use them.

Cheers Slob, I've got Paddocks 9 miles away and DLS about the same distance in the opposite direction. So really I should consider myself spoilt fer choice.
DLS are a tad more pricey on a recon box than Paddock however its a Paddock recon box that I'm replacing and it aint had a hard life before the layshaft went breasticles up.
Dillemma or what.

Regards WP

go speak to them and see what they say the worst they can do is tell you to **** orrf you never know you might get a huge discount..tell them i sent you .they'll give you a free one just to get rid of you

That is spoiled for choice Wes! Given the proximity I'd visit both & ask them how they go about their recon's & see who gives you the best/frendliest most confidence inspiring answer. Like Slob says they can only tell you to , well, get lost. I've ordered stuff from Paddocks as has just about anyone with a Landy I'd guess & always received a good service. I've heard the odd moan too, but then people are always louder when something's gone wrong & rarely praise good service.

Cheers Marcus thats true. One satisfied customer may tell one person, a dissatisfied customer will tell ten people. Paddocks recons are more wallet friendly than those of DLS however the service is 99% of it. I'm probably a little paranoid cos its a Paddocks recon that I've pulled out. I'm gonna go through the paperwork that came with the Landy and see when that box was purchased me thinks. It may put me mind at rest.

Regards WP.
