Hi I have just purchased a P38 2000 RR..... the air suspension has been removed and coils and springs fitted... I have just started getting the EAS fault warning and 35 mph max warning.... I've checked fuses and replaced the air suspension overide module... Can clear the fault withT4 no fault codes show but the warning returns after a short while.... Any suggestions or advice greatly received thanks

There's a relay in the main fusebox, they can go bad, swap with another and see if the fault moves.
I'm guessing there was a fault to cause the PO to put it on coils, which could have burnt the relay etc
Hi sorry for delay.... Just looked that relays not there.... I'm presuming it's never been there and fault has only come on recently... So any other tjoughts

Your override isn’t working. EAS relay 20 in engine compartment fuse box should be removed.

Should say ‘beep beep beep EAS manual’. 35mph Max means its aware the EAS is still there and recognises fault.

There should be a (5A?) fuse on the overide probably that. Depends how it was done. Worst method is if they chop the becm connections that’s asking for trouble.

Welcome to the palaver ;)

Thanks... The in line 5 amp fuse is ok.... Its a new overide so I'm really confused now?... Anybody else any ideas I'd be really grateful.... Hoping for a quick fix before I put the air suspension back on..
Thanks
